The Fordham Environmental Law Review <\/em>is a law journal published by students at Fordham University School of Law, addressing topics in environmental law, legislation, and public policy.  The Fordham Environmental Law Review <\/em>publishes articles from leading scholars, lawmakers, and regulatory officials in the environmental law field, in addition to student notes. <\/p>\n\n\n

Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em> currently has no minimum or maximum page requirements for submissions. The Article Selection Committee reviews all submissions and welcomes pieces in various formats, including essays and articles. Citations should conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation<\/em>. 

Submitted articles cannot have been previously published, nor be forthcoming in an archival journal or book (print or electronic). Please note:<\/strong> \u201cpublication\u201d in a working-paper series does not<\/em><\/strong> constitute prior publication. In addition, by submitting material to Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>, the author is stipulating that the material is not currently under review at another journal (electronic or print) and that he or she will not submit the material to another journal (electronic or print) until the completion of the editorial decision process at Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>. Who Can Submit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anyone may submit an original article to be considered for publication in Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em> provided he or she owns the copyright to the work being submitted or is authorized by the copyright owner or owners to submit the article. Authors are the initial owners of the copyrights to their works (an exception in the non-academic world to this might exist if the authors have, as a condition of employment, agreed to transfer copyright to their employer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Fill out the submission form, beginning by adding the author(s). Next, input the requested information about your manuscript and upload a PDF version of your manuscript.

  4. Review and click\u00a0Submit<\/strong>. You will receive a receipt upon submission.
