The\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law Review\u00a0<\/em>is a law journal\u00a0published by students at\u00a0Fordham University School of Law addressing topics in\u00a0environmental law,\u00a0legislation, and\u00a0public policy.\u00a0The\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law\u00a0Review\u00a0<\/em>publishes articles from leading scholars, lawmakers, and regulatory officials in the environmental law field, in addition to student notes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>\u00a0currently has no minimum or maximum page requirements for submissions. The Article Selection Committee reviews all submissions and welcomes pieces in various formats, including essays and articles. Citations should conform to the 22nd edition of\u00a0The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation<\/em>.\u00a0

Submitted articles cannot have been previously published, nor be forthcoming in an archival journal or book (print or electronic).\u00a0Please note:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cpublication\u201d in a working-paper series does\u00a0not<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0constitute prior publication. In addition, by submitting material to\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>, the author is stipulating that the material is not currently under review at another journal (electronic or print) and that he or she will not submit the material to another journal (electronic or print) until the completion of the editorial decision process at\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>. Who Can Submit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anyone may submit an original article to be considered for publication in\u00a0Fordham Environmental Law Review<\/em>,\u00a0provided he or she owns the copyright to the work being submitted or is authorized by the copyright owner or owners to submit the article. Authors are the initial owners of the copyrights to their works (an exception in the non-academic world to this might exist if the authors have, as a condition of employment, agreed to transfer copyright to their employer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Fill out the submission form, beginning by adding the author(s). Next, input the requested information about your manuscript and upload a PDF version of your manuscript.
